This is an absurd situation. You could have easily gone to the doctor and sorted this all out for a few dollars, instead of the many thousands. What a jolly unbelievable waste of money! When we submitted the 100-page report to the wife to give to the police, she did not believe the data. For example, we would say, ‘Here, your husband is using a ninth name,’ and she would interrupt us and just say that it was a simple typo or mistake made by the bank.

Then we would show her other evidence of his address variations and she would say that it might have been an honest error.

One-hundred pages of proof did not convince her. Amazing how the mind works. When you study the mind of innocent people, you will see that they cannot connect the dots, and they excuse any variation as a simple error. Yet go inside the mind of a thief, liar, con artist and fraudster, and you will see that their sinister small, yet active brain is always plotting and scheming. They like to confuse people in any way possible.

For example, if their name is John Smith, and you ask them to sign a contract, and you accidentally write down Jon Smyth, they will not correct you. They would love to create a new profile and a new identity. If their phone number is 12345 and you ask them of their area code is 44, they will say yes, even if it is not, just so that you can never find them. They will use new signatures and give you an old address, and even then, they will twist the old address, so if it is Mihai Sebastian nr 58, they will say number 85. Or if it is Number 137 bl S7 sc 1 ap 52, they will say Number 173, bl S7 sc 2 ap 25. Bit by bit, they drop out of all computer searches, and in no time, there is a Rubik’s Cube style of profile that no one can unravel.

To someone like me, the smallest and tiniest alteration to data rings loud alarm bells. I am instantly suspicious of any variation.

When it comes to Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai, they amaze me because they have used so many company names and addresses. Often they can justify it, but when you dig deeper, you will see that they delight in confusing everyone, so that later, no one can catch them.

If you recall, these two fraudsters operate www.twenty.ro as an interactive agency. They have so many company names, we are yet to find half of them. They use Helperso Soft, Twenty, Twenty Interactive, Twenty Advertising, Twenty Mark (pursued by the Romanian Government for owing them over US$300,000), Mando, Screentek, Adevox, and others we have listed on this site.

But now we have a new one. It is called SAGA SOFT. How fascinating that this site talks about the ‘Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai Saga’. For us, ‘saga’ means ‘problematic story’. But to our surprise, we find out that they are, in fact, associated with this company. Cristian Mihai has a website called www.SagaSoft.ro for a company called Saga Software.

He might argue that this is not his company or that he just registered it for a client. Either way, it does not stack up, and more needs to be investigated. If it was registered for a client, then we can say that he is defrauding the client.

See below for an explanation of this statement, and also for why we are even more suspicious…

If Cristian Mihai will argue that this site was registered for a client, then we would warn the client that they are in danger because the site is not in their name. This would be like buying a house and asking your lawyer to finalise all the legal documents, and in so doing, your lawyer puts the house in his name. You live in the house and maybe die in the house, but all along, unbeknown to you, it was never your asset. A domain, if registered for a client, must be registered in the client’s name. If Cristian Mihai is going to say that he forgot to change it over, we have to ask:

a) Why was it in his name in the first place? That is bad practice and bad form and something all clients should watch out for. There is never any reason to do this where a legitimate business is concerned.

b) If he did forget, this is hard to believe because in a previous blog here we find out that they did something similar with another client where they conveniently (and we say he did this on purpose) placed the Twenty company’s email address as the place where all of the client’s customer enquiries are to go. This meant that the client whom they conned, never received any emails. Intercepting emails and client contacts must be illegal. Mail theft in cyberspace must surely be as bad as someone stealing all your mail from your letterbox outside your home.

Maybe they have the client’s permission to register the Saga Soft site under Cristian’s name, and if that is the case, it is way too fishy. Why so? Dear or dear none of this looks good, no matter the explanation.

You can see here that we are told that Saga Soft is a company whose location is Trifoi 16. But this is the address of Twenty.ro. How can Saga Soft have the address of Trifoi 16?

Here we see that Saga Software has many addresses, so why do they need yet another? Suspicion mounts.

However, all of this is to bring you to this point. Take a good look at the registration notice. What do you see? What rings the alarm bells for you? Come on, work the detective in you. How can you become a mystery writer or the new Sherlock Holmes if you do not pay attention? See below. It shows the company listed at an office owned by Twenty. This could mean that Cristian owns the company, or that he is helping a friend to hide something, or that he conveniently forgot to re-register the name, which means he is defrauding his friend or client. But what do you see that rings an alarm bell?

Ok, here is a clue…

What do you notice about this phone number? There are two bells that ring for me. The first is that it is a +1 number, which cannot be the case. Plus-one refers to the USA. It points to a USA location. You could say that they have an office in the USA, as we discovered with Screentek in another blog. Sure, maybe they used their Romanian Twenty address and innocently used their USA contact number. Ok, let’s phone this number. It does not work. Why? Maybe it is an old number. Of course such things happen, and data becomes old. So maybe I should not be so concerned. But when you deal with con artists like Chiriac and Mihai, you have to be very very concerned.

My dear friends, the second alarm bell is ringing because this number is familiar to us. If you had read earlier blogs, you would recall that Arond Net (one of their first company names) had a similar number. Here it is ending in the same 256059:

And so we see further that a newsletter has been registered as SagaNewsLetter.com

If we check out the owners of this newsletter, it is the same person who owns Twenty Advertising — the company being sued by the Romanian Government for US$300,000. Twenty Advertising is not in operation. It is in liquidation! The owner is none other than Cristian Mihai, as this report dated 24 September 2009 says, showing the owner at email Cristian@Twenty.ro:

And if we trace a Mr Nica Sorin we find out that he is NOT the owner. Oh dear, what could this mean? A messy messy messy chain of events. One has to wonder how far this web of deceit goes. We do know more, but the legal framework would not allow us to show you the data we have, because it would break certain rules. But we are allowed to share the whole file with the authorities so that’s great news.

By the way, it is so difficult to end any blog on this site. Because I sit up writing this blog for you, and I want to publish it, but there is always more to tell you. So much more. For example, I have to think through what you might be thinking. And I have to wonder if you, like my client who could not believe that her husband had ten names and endless criminal acivities, would dismiss some of this is an innocent mistake.

Ok, so let’s take just one of many. You might say, ‘Hey Hunter, you do milk a story. You do over exaggerate. You take a simple thing and enlarge it.’ For example, you might say that I am making a big deal about old data. No it is not old data. The company information was retrieved only last week. The site checks were made last week.

Ah, yes but you can still argue with the Hunter and say that my query might have taken place last week, but their forms were submitted ages ago, and those forms are now old. Wrong again dear friend. I would not be wasting your time if that were the case. Look again at the images above. You can see when files were created and when they were updated.

Here is another way that we can find out about the domain names owned by Cristian Mihai, using the Twenty.ro address. But hey, he has many more registered as Cristian@Overbridge.ro etc (but we will show you these at another time).

This shows that Cristian@Twenty.ro owns a range of domains. The one listed as number 4 is for the Saga newsletter, which was updated on the 10th of Feb 09 and the 14th of April 09 and four other times. Each time it was to change some minor point just to keep us guessing and to keep us confused. We are not confused. We are not amused. We see right through your scams and schemes Mr Mihai.

Here are others using other emails. We have logged them all, including all archives and all history. That is why we needed a 1 Tb hard drive.

And as for Mr Alin Chiriac, he has similar activities. We have them all logged. We will share them with you soon.

If only we could show you the really juicy stuff we find out. On this site, we can only show you what is permitted by law. Even then, the information we show you is not easy to find, unless you know what you are looking for. In my case, I am not looking for anything… I am looking for EVERYTHING. And my team and I could spend 200 hours going down a path that leads to nothing. Then again, it is worth the effort because every now and then, we spend 200 hours and we hear alarm bells. Them bells! Them bells!

Pay your staff and pay your clients Mihai and Chiriac. You owe them the money. Do it before the judge orders you to do it. You cannot hide. You stole. You lied. You cheated. So stop blaming other people.

Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac do not seem to know the meaning of honour and truth. Integrity is not within their vocabulary. It is dead simple. If you take money from people, you have to add value. If you think you can just bid for jobs and not even deliver, then you are a thief. Thieves often win. Most of them are not brought to justice. But there is a community of victims who feel so enraged by their unethical conduct, that they do not want others to suffer under the hands of Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai.

Unprofessional people should not be in business. Just get out of the game. Business is a place for adding value and building relationships. It is not a playground for con artists and fraudsters. They should go play elsewhere. Good decent people can be tough too, you know. And we will remain tough, and we will continue to pour money, energy, and effort until these thugs wake up to themselves and join the human race.

Thanks to the efforts of readers who have come together to tell their stories, better information was furnished to these insitutions who will no doubt find out where justice resides.

One bank has already ruled against these con-men. We have a few more hurdles to jump. Lots more to do. Elance has shut down their account, pending an investigation, and legal investigations are in motion, so it all looks promising.

By the way, it is sad to see so many former employees still scared to speak up. They contact us and tell us their stories, but they do not want us to post the stories. They are fearful. Fancy that. Someone cons you, and you are too scared to speak up. Or too embarrassed or unable to risk having your name associated with these brainless men who have no respect for the law.

Some staff members just do not want to get involved. If good men do nothing to stop bastards, then the bastards keep going to hurt good men! So speak up. Stand up. Be counted.

Last year, an ad-agency executive was speaking with me about social networking sites. He was explaining how amazed he was at how quickly news travels through viral means. He pulled out his iPhone and showed me a YouTube clip that had been watched over 40 million times.

I wondered who these 40 million people were, and how the word spread so quickly.

In just a few weeks, the story about Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai has spread to people who find this of interest. This site now has regular readers from all over the world. Many are victims, whether they be former staff who were never paid, or former clients who were ripped off, conned, abused, lied to, and defrauded.

This story about the theft of funds and the cheating conniving hounds at Twenty.ro and Helpero Soft and Adevox etc, is blogged by people who find it important to warn the world about these two con-men. Although they operate out of Romania, they affect people from far afield as USA to Australia. Some readers have been rolling this blog via their twitter account, or linked from their own blog site. Some just forward the links via email.

The story is posted on WordPress, Blogger, Xanga, LiveJournal, Tumblr, and Blog.com. When Chiriac and Mihai contacted WordPress to close down our site, and when WordPress did close it down for a few days until we furnished proof of our case, we migrated to this site called SpeakUpNow.biz. Within a matter of days we have seen a steady increase in the daily blog stats to exceed 5000 views.

Here we see that from the 17th of September to 2 October, the hits have been rising to total 1829 views.

At the same time, on another blog, there were 1908 views. The sliding scale represents the fact that we started directing people to this new site. So it was natural that the numbers would slip to near zero.

On yet another site, there were 259 views and 14 comments from people who were disgusted by the behaviour of Alin and Cristian. Not to mention the many emails we received off-line from clients and staff and competitors who felt bad that such men can continue to rip people off.

Blogger shows 1200 views.

There are other sites that did not capture the hits because we did not install the stats plug-ins. So these stats show over 5000 page views within a small window of a few weeks. If you add Xanga and Tumblr etc, it could well exceed 10,000 views within a few weeks.

This goes to show how interested people are about Twenty, Adevox, and Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai and their many companies that each leave a lot to be desired in terms of ethics, tax evasion, and irregularities, not to mention their quality of service and their audacity to take money and just shut down units and disappear like stupid foolish men who had no regard for others.

Imagine how many more people will want to review this site when we can spread the news more effectively to the many victims who still do not know that this site exists. A radio campaign and some street billboards will drive traffic through the roof, as more people join forces to speak up against two men who do not give a hoot about anyone else. They only care about their selfish needs while they build houses, live in luxury, hide funds like you would not believe, and defraud anything and anyone, including their own government, and Elance. In the process, they can step on people, hurt them, lie to them, defraud them, con them, and just plough through each day without a shred of conscience. If anyone speaks up, they ignore them like low-life snakes, or they mount their horse and threaten people like school yard bullies and street louts.

One Australian client has engaged a lawyer. After some communications, the final letter of demand went to Alin and Cristian, and they did not acknowledge the letter. They snubbed the lawyer and the client. They just do not know that they are playing with fire.

When all their misdemeanours and cheating and lying comes out into the open for the courts to review, what will they do? Can they deny any one single item? No. because it is all true. And this is just the tip of the ice berg. We can only assume that these men have much more to hide. If a simple blog can uncover so much, imagine what a police investigator can dig up.

Here’s hoping that justice will takes its course.

Last week we received a long note and a fantastic description of how Cristian Mihai had conducted himself badly by lying to his staff.

The person who contacted us did not want to be named. Not because they are freightened, but because they know that these men are such bad news, that they do not want their name associated with them in any way whatsoever. That is understandable.

That former staff member had a lot to say bout Cristian Mihai, but here is a quote, which summaries the issues:

“…All I want to say is that I quit my job because he was always late with the money and he paid badly…”

Many other stories emerged, which, if I were to relay them to you, would identify the ex-employee. I can tell you that they point to a sick mind of a person who has allowed greed to corrupt his mind and soul. Not only do they want to rip-off employees and contractors, but they set out to harm them later. And when challenged or confronted, they do not return calls. How pathetic. My goodness, were these two unloved as children, or were they the bullies at school who just had to have their way?

Mind you, it is interesting that there are staff members out there who do publicise the fact that they used to work at Twenty. I guess they have to be honest and note their work history. No doubt there were some good people during the early days of the company, when new staff memebrs were enthusiastic about the potential of growing a new business.

Here is an example of a person who, on Elance, lists his former job at Twenty Advertising. Mind you, we have archived all such entries, and we have noticed that several have removed their reference to having worked at Twenty or any one of the many other companies owned by Cristian Mihai or Alin Chiriac. Who can blame them.

There was a time when CIA, FBI, and KGB operatives would visit seedy night-clubs to meet new people, under-cover, hoping to gather small pieces of evidence to add to the ‘dossier’.

These days, clever cyber sleuths do not need to bribe anyone or sleep with anyone to learn about their targets or POIs (persons of interest).

Tracks are left like fingerprints on the world wide web.

Wouldn’t it be great if every thing you had every typed into a computer keyboard could be linked with a serial number like a DNA string, so that if one day you decide to erase everything, you would be able to do this with one password. After all, if you typed the information, you own it, and if you are the owner, you should be able to retract it.

Alas not. If anyone had ever caught you smoking drugs, and you become the president/prime-minister of your country, then you can be sure that someone will sell the story to the media. You can’t erase the past. This is true of all your blogs and comments and associations.

For example, Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai have their fingerprints all over the internet. CIA agents no longer need to travel to Romania to enrol at a local tennis club, pretending to be a bath-towel salesman or international playboy in order to connect the dots. It can all be done with clicks. The C in CIA might soon stand for Cyber or Click.

Here is an example of the past just lingering in cyberspace. We see here that Cristian Mihai was part of a company/website called SEON. His associates are listed on the site.

With so many associates listed (although I have not shown them here because I am sure they would not want their name associates with these characters) we can go to those associates, or better still, to the friends of the associates, and ask some questions.

But espionage school teaches us never to ask the ‘friend of the POI’. You would never go to an associate and ask, ‘Hey I believe that you know Crisi Mihai.’ You would wait for her to start telling you about her good-old-days at SEON, or you engineer it so that she would apply for a dummy job wherein she would talk about her past during a formal (yet fake) job interview, or you would ask one of her friends etc. It all takes times, but great gems emerge nicely polished.

So we trace her routes, and build a family-tree style of chart, and we continue to expand the circle of friends and associates of Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac, not to mention the fact that these two men have (in the past and on websites) revealed their former schools and education.

Their Linked-In profiles show more clues about their education (or lack thereof) and so we have more places to search, and more people to meet.

In no time, our dossier on them grows. The people they know becomes known to us. And we some people have pasts that they do not necessarily want to drag out into the open. Alas, people talk. Some say things that are innocent in nature, but diabolical in the wrong hands. Some have fond memories that expose certain ‘fun’ times that today would be considered scandalous. Others are easily fooled. Just because they see that you are a friend-of-a-friend on FaceBook, all of a sudden they presume that you are from the inner circle, and they start to tell you things. Just pretend that nothing amazes you, or that you already know, and they tell you more.

The psychology of spying is a grand old affair, and humans have not changed.

Oh and those people with cameras within their mobile phones, are a worry. They take snaps left, right, and centre, and post their photos on their social networking sites. Oh dear. Nothing is private these days.

And that does not matter until you make enemies and upset people. Then your past will come to haunt you. All this social networking is pretty powerful and mighty dangerous.

If you can read between the lines of what we are trying to tell you here, you will understand why in a previous blog we told you that we had to purchase a one-terabyte hard drive to store all the data on Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai and their bad behaviour in relation to Twenty, Twenty Advertising, Twenty Mark, Twenty Interactive, Adevox, Helpero Soft, TakeIT, Overbridge, ScreenTek, Mando, and now SEON. Why do two men need so many companies? You guessed it!

P.S. No doubt you know of precedents where courts have allowed sherifs to serve papers on people via FaceBook! Even the New Zealand couple that took-off with a million dollars from the Westpac bank, were tracked down because the stupid lady told her friends on FaceBook what she was doing. Do you remember those corny films where 007 would say, ‘Zoom in on that photo, you see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Our villain is in Paris, quick, let’s go.’ That all seemed fanciful. Now the fiction is becoming reality.

A stranger happened to be viewing this blog and thought to herself, ‘Hello, isn’t this the mob that also ran the TakeIT outfit?’

Sure enough, it all dove-tales. We bring you these trips down memory lane so that more people can jog their memory about their encounters and disasters. It seems that many people know Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai. Some not so fondly. Some with great anger and frustration.

This site is becoming the museum, or perhaps the shrine. We will continue to bring you snippets from the past, thanks to the many readers who would like to see justice for the ways in which Twenty and Adevox and Alin and Cristian have treated people. No doubt these two men have no idea what we are talking about. No doubt it is everyone else’s fault. The pyschology books are filled with this syndrome of conmen who become greedy, step on people, lie, cheat, defraud, and then wonder what the fuss is all about. And when someone does take a stand and speaks up against their ruthless ways, the crooks point the finger: they blame someone else — usually the victims, because it seems, it’s our fault.

The funniest thing is that Alin Chiriac had the audacity to say that this website is affecting his business. Oh really? I thought that his business was affected by his bad decisions and his crooked methods. I would have thought that his underhanded dealings and cheating affected his business. Perhaps not paying his staff affected his business. Perhaps cheating on Elance affected his business. Perhaps treating clients like dirt affected his busienss. But I am the foolish one. It’s all my fault. How dare I stand up to an unethical immoral unprofessional ghastly crook. You make me laugh! I would say more, but we do not yet have an Adult-Only XXX-rated WordPress section, so I will keep it clean for the families and the children studying Romanian-based cyberspace con-men of the twenty-first century.

Besides, when the media gets hold of this site, we don’t want to give them any reason to place a warning label on the link. So I will keep this language clean, but you can all imagine the real words I would like to use when bombastic thugs have the flipping hide to suggest that those who speak-up against their Machiavellian ways are somehow hurting them. Take an aspirin Chiriac. Take a bow. TakeIT.ro!

Remember how Tweety Bird would say, “I tawt I taw a puddy tat!” Upon taking another look, Tweety would declare, “I did, I did taw a puddy tat!”. This came to mind because some of us were baffled about the Adevox accounts at Elance.com

You see, we were arguing about the size of the Adevox income at Elance, and some said that Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai’s company was somewhat small. In the process, one former client felt that he was going crazy, ‘But I could have sworn I saw Adevox as a company with over US$200,000 in Elance revenue.’

He even asked Elance, and they said that it is not possible that Adevox would have two accounts. And so the former client said, “I tawt I taw two accounts”. And today, thanks to some clever investigations and some friends in high places, the client can say, “I did, I did taw two accounts.’

Here’s where an eagle eye comes in.

This Elance listing for Adevox shows that the total earning was US$36,764.

Then we see this jump to US$206,105.

What do you make of this? One person remembers seeing the first, and the other person remembers seeing the second. What does that prove? On their own, these do not prove anything. One is forced to presume that Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac just worked extra-hard to secure a lot of business between the 19th of March and the 31st of March in 2009. That all looks impressive.

But then enters more evidence. Take a look at this:

What can you see? The date goes back to 7th of April 2008. Almost one year apart. Which means that the first two files above are in fact two accounts. Ah, so how did that happen? Why did it happen? How can a crook find this useful?

You might not see this as such a big deal, but if you can start thinking like a scammer, just imagine how grand this can be. Elance will find this fascinating because the other strange factor is this: How can the amount of $206,105 not move for one year? If you know how Adevox and Twenty and Alin and Cristian used to try hard to get people off Elance (to avoid paying Elance their commission and to remove the escrow issues and to remove the ‘policing/arbitration’ component of Elance) you will see that there is much more to this than meets the eye.

Come on Puddy Tat. You have to work harder.

But the Web is problematic because it leaves a lot of clues behind.

Adevox turned off their website and they cancelled all their emails. Angry clients were told to go jump. But Adevox continued to trade on Elance.com until someone complained and Elance took precautions. So if you go to Elance now, this is what you will see.

No doubt Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai want Elance to re-activate the account so that they can get more money from poor clients. (Soon we will bring you more from a victim who was the instigator of this suspension. We have read the exchange of emails to and from Cristian, and you will soon see the tactics they employ.)

Meanwhile, even though Adevox has been suspended, it’s not difficult to see a series of broken-links that provide excellent clues. The Web has a great memory. With just two lines at a time, you begin to learn about who’s involved and what they got up to. Then, send a few emails to long-lost clients and associates, and a cold case is re-opened. I often wonder how police finally catch a criminal after twenty years. This happens when the tiniest pieces of information surface. Thereafter, a good detective, like a cunning chess player, will complete the puzzle.

I once saw a wall (a massive wall) on which was placed a passport-sized photo of Osama Bin Ladin at the very top. Then feeding down were thousands of lines and faces and names, linking left and right and up and down, showing who knows him, his relatives and associates, and where he has left his mark. It was a complex tree, drawn by intelligence analysts who were trying to gather as much information as possible.

And the same is happening in relation to the Mihai/Chiriac Saga.

We have been trawling the Web. We have had to purchase a new 1 Tb hard drive just to store the data.

Mihai and Chiriac can run, but they can’t hide. Too many clues are lurking in cyberspace. For example, see this image below. It tells us that there are over 55 pages of clues. We see that Elance had Adevox listed as Ajax experts. But more than this, other pages show that Adevox was listed as an expert in almost everything. That was part of the scam. They pretended to be experts in lots of things just so that they could bid and con people into paying a deposit. Then, they would drag them on, hire temporary programmers to do a bit of work, then show the small progress to the client, con them into paying more, but never pay the programmer, and on it goes for months.

This image also shows us that, at the time, Adevox had started to improve its rating (this needs investigation because it is easy to fake such things, but that’s for another blog). But we can see that, at this point, they had reached US$70,660 in income (one client seems to think he saw it at US$200,000, and this is why the authorities would be fascinated to see where that money went!).

The image below shows just some of the hundreds of jobs they bid on. One former staff member told us that the staff members were told to bid on everything — even if the company had no skill. This is where the problems started to magnify. The staff had to lie, and they had to pretend that the company could do the job. How miserable.

Anything new, they claimed to do. Our search showed them bidding to design mobile-phone applications.

From these searches below, we could learn more about their clients.

Google hits are like fossils, showing some of the clients whom they served. From these contacts, we can send emails, ask a few questions, and one person passes us to another person, and before the end of the day, we end up with a long list of angry people who are glad to tell their story.

I often wondered how Jerry Springer manager to find people with interesting stories. It seems that it’s not so hard. Just start spreading the news, and people are glad to be telling their stories.

We are waiting for Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai to refund the money they owe to clients and staff.

Perhaps they want to sit this one out. Maybe they think we will become bored or we might run out or material. Interesting strategy.

One Tb means one Terabytes, which means 1024 Gigabytes. The six images used on this page are hardly 150,000 bytes. We have material that takes up 150,000,000,000,000 bytes, so let’s see who gives in first. We have material, witnesses, victims, angry people, and lots of stories. If you want to know the meaning of motivation, go and hurt someone. It is our desire to amass as much information as possible for the courts. As writer Jonar Nader says, ‘You can’t postpone the inevitable’.

What Mihai and Chiriac seem to forget, is that with every day that passes, they are getting closer to the courthouse. Too bad the Romanian judges are on strike.

One thing’s for sure: they will return, refreshed and ready to deal with criminals. A good industrial strike is like a good holiday: it sharpens the mind. Meanwhile, I am pleased to say that our band of helpers is growing. How touching to see the many emails that say, ‘If there is anything I can do, please let me know.’

OMG, a few days ago, Alin Chiriac said that he does not know who Letitia Florea is. Could it be that he has no idea who is receiving his money? Could Alin’s partner Cristian be cheating on him? Could the staff be asking clients to pay a stranger without Alin knowing about it? It’s too hard to believe that Alin does not know who this person is. She is the lady to whom an Australian client paid over $5320.

See if you can follow this confusing trail, no doubt it was master-minded to confuse the sniffer dogs. It sounds like ‘The Book Of Genesis’ from the Bible, which starts with Adam and Eve who begat Seth who begat Enosh who begat Kenan who begat Mahalalel who begat Hared…

And whose PayPal account receipt returns the name Letizia with a ‘Z’

And PayPal says that the money went to letizia_07@yahoo.com

Then when the second payment is processed to ‘Letitia Florea’, PayPal shows that the money went to user account ‘AdevoxPayMe’.

When a refund was requested, the PayPal request to Cristian Mihai comes back as a request to Helpero Soft.

Yet Crstian Mihai also operates a PayPal account using Cristian@Overbridge.ro

So the question remains: who received the money? Was it processed as income, with taxes paid? Did it go through the Alpha Bank where Arond Net says it trades? Was it black money? Or was Adevox just a shell used to employ staff and later sack them without paying them, and without paying the staff’s taxes, leaving them unable to prove that they ever had a job. When the staff asked for their salary, Alin and Cristian said that they had no money.

Any wonder the company has no money? It never collects any. It all goes to strangers whom Alin Chiriac does not know. He said so in a conversation with the Australian client’s Lawyer. How baffling. Maybe the client is making this up. Is this extortion? Is the client delusional?

Maybe Alin just opened a charitable business, never expecting to get paid. If clients foolishly insist on paying, the money just goes to random strangers whom Alin does not know. It’s a form or corporate charity. How kind! This level of aristocracy died centuries ago. Indeed, there was a time when high-class gentlemen did not sully their creativity with the mention of money. Real artists do not discuss money. Perhaps Twenty and Adevox were trying to re-ignite the Renaissance… until silly clients started to pay with money. How common.

BTW, FYI, OMG, could this be the lucky lady? An intensive forensic investigation into who has logged into all those Gmail, Yahoo, Adevox, Twenty, Overbridge, and Elance accounts will tie it all together to show the IP addresses of those who accessed these account. Then cross reference their phone accounts and Facebook accounts (we have archives!) and you find the trail. From the trail you go to the trial.

Stone the crows!

Notice that the rating at the time, in their heyday, was 40%. This is abysmally low. Any supplier on Elance who has a rating of below 75% ought to be stuck off!

Another clue is that of the 203 clients at the time, only 40 returned. In other words, 163 ran away! Follow the crowd and run. One could say that 163 people simply did not need any more work. Any web-based project is an on-going situation. Instead of ripping off 163 clients, why not serve them well. Imagine how much richer these men would be if they could have maintained 163 clients. The add-on, and flow-on effects would have made them rich.

Alin and Cristian are bad news. Their companies Adevox/Twenty are also bad news. But they will change their name and strike again.

Adevox/Twenty might argue that their low ratings were due to picky or fussy customers. What a rotten bit of luck that of all the clients on Elance, they attracted the bad ones. This is too hard to believe.

Here is an example of a company that has this year made over $146,000. And in their lifetime on Elance, they have made $792,628. And they have a 95% rating. Now that’s the way to run a business! Work for it. Earn it. Don’t lie and cheat and con everyone. And we mean everyone.

They con their employees, their suppliers, their staff, their government (see blogs below about Alin and Cristian owing huge amounts to their government), and they con their society by not paying taxes, and they con and cheat clients, and they con and cheat Elance by finding clients on line and then taking the work off line. From this we can only assume they con and cheat each other in their personal and private lives. Imagine their friends and families. How hurt they must feel when they are let down by these men. Read below about rumours of a certain person cheating on his wife. Gosh, if you can cheat the one person whom you say you love above all else, who would you not cheat?

Lessons:

1) Never work with anyone on Elance with such low ratings.

2) Always rate people with whom you work so that others can benefit form your experience. And always rate honestly! Otherwise we all suffer.

3) Never go off line and deal outside of Elance. The savings are not worth it. Elance protects you with full escrow.

4) Never make part payments. Only after the job is done, should you release the funds. That’s what Elance is all about. They have processed over US$200 million. The system works. Stay within the system. Sure, they take a commission from the provider. But that’s not how to look at it. They provide an exceptional service in this globalised world where con artists and scammers and fraudsters like Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai can now harm more people in more countries. Unfortunately, although Elance makes trading global, there is no system that makes the legal framework global, and this suits con men. They can con you from the other side of the world, and you become too exhausted to do anything about it. And you would not have the money and the knowledge to lodge complaints etc.

Wouldn’t it be great if laws were universal, and courts were simple.

Often, the victims are too ashamed about what happened to them. They tend to blame themselves for what happened, because they feel that they should have been less trusting. Such is the nature of con-artists and scammers. They present a charming image, to set you at your ease, and then, when you least expect it, you are bitten.

Here is a summary of yet another victim. This one had no problems with us sharing the story publicly. This person is perusing other avenues. The victim writes:

“Basically I joined Elance.com and created a project in which Adevox gave me the best bid. They asked for US$1000 up-front. I thought it was unusual that I paid up-front instead of through milestones but I spoke to Cristian a few times online and on the phone and he made me feel that it was safe. Shortly after beginning the project I could see that they didn’t have the qualifications but they were trying… It was strange to me because Elance has to qualify you to become a provider and Adevox had done $200,000 of work with other clients that didn’t post complaints. After 4 months of very poor work I threatened to cancel the project and asked for my money back which they declined. I was in talks with them up until 2 weeks ago. Now they don’t respond at all. I had a feeling he was going to open a new account with Elance. So I decided to Google their names and this is where I ran into your blog… I then contacted Elance. I will write to you soon and tell you about that!”

We have been in contact with this victim and we are exchanging information. More worms are popping out of cans. Stat tuned!

When will Mihai and Chiriac grow up. They cannot treat people like this. They owe money to many people including programmers and staff, as well as clients. Their behaviour is totally unacceptable, and we will continue to bring news about these men until they pay what they owe and stop their criminal and unethical behaviour. We have all the time in the world and heaps of resources and money and victims to feed us. The snowball is rolling and it is picking up momentum.

It is a simple rule in life: hurt enough people, and they will rise up!

Well, it’s bad enough that the site is totally off brief and completely useless, it has one hidden feature: when visitors press the ‘Contact Us’ section, their information goes to a staff member @Adevox.com

The client has no idea who this person is. The client was complaining that for nine months, not a single contact or lead or message has come via the web site — the very web site that was a total disaster, produced by Alin and Cristian’s incompetent company. So the client paid a consultant to look into the site’s programming and it was found that any and all mail for any of the business request forms, were going back to Adevox.

That is one sneaky underhanded miserable trick. Goodness knows how many visitors had submitted requests. We have no idea how those requests were handled. No one knows what happened to the requests.

So not only do these fraudsters steal your money and ruin your business, they also have the bloody audacity to place a hidden program inside the site to steal leads.

The bloody cheek!

P.S. It has been pointed out to us that this could have been an innocent mistake, or just an address used for testing. It might well have been. But the end result is that the poor client had not received, and to this day cannot receive any mail. So he has had to appoint a new programmer at more expense. It might not have been the original programmer’s fault. But the company is at fault for not paying attention to these important elements. If indeed this is a common thing to do (to place a staff member’s email during the testing phase) then equally it would have been well known that such a feature needs to be turned off as soon as possible, so they cannot say that they forgot. If it is common, then it is not unusual, and so there must be a system in place. That system was never activated and the client had no workable site, yet Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai have 100% perfect money. If you are going to take perfect money, you had better pay attention and deliver to the client. How would they like it if all the money the clients paid them just vanished because the money was imperfect. It would be unthinkable to give someone money that does not work. Well, then, don’t dish out web sites that do not work (in this case, the site did not work, and it was 100% off the brief, and we have documents to prove it to anyone who wants to so much as breath in this direction)!

Google lists 2640 and Yahoo lists 1360 hits for Alin Chiriac. Whereas Cristain Mihai comes up 37,000 and 83,300 on Google and Yahoo.

A lawyer friend of mine once told me how much money he charges his clients. The expenses for one client had stacked up to $40 million dollars. The initial dispute was in relation to only one million dollars. The other defendant-side had spent similar amounts. Over $80 million was engaged, all for a one-million-dollar argument.

I spoke to my friend about ‘justice’. He laughed. He said, ‘This has nothing to do with justice. This is all about injustice.’

I still did not agree with such spending, and he laughed, adding, ‘You are forgetting the other key word: principle!’

This Chiriac/Mihai Saga has become much more expensive than the initial amount that they thieved from us and others.

Unfortunately, Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai might not understand why we are spending so much time, energy, and money on this campaign. The answer is simple: because we wished that someone had warned us before we were bitten. So not wanting to be hypocrites, we have to warn others. It is our duty to expose these unprofessional men who have no ethics whatsoever.

The injustice suffered by staff and clients go beyond ‘dollars’ to include insult, hurt, injustice and principle. Although the financial losses might amount to X, we, the victims, will spend 20X. Some of us would spend a millionX if we had the money. In life, fury has no bounds. Anger has no budget. It just gushes out.

When X becomes 20X and then 100X, the years roll by. Eventually, we might lose sight of the starting point. It’s a bit like Middle Eastern politics. No one can quite work out where it all started. It becomes a jolly big mess. These are early days. We can still remember the day we were conned. Perhaps in ages hence, people will wonder what triggered the mass media campaign.

One of the clients whom Cristian and Alin had conned, once spent over $8000 to defend a traffic ticket of $80. It seems that 100X is not an unusual multiplier when we count the price of injustice. So you can imagine, if the dispute at Twenty or Adevox was over $5000, then $500,000 does not seem out of the question. Mix some stupidity and frustration into the whole mix, and the sky is the limit.

If you want to know the extent of an aggrieved soul, just read the reports from psychiatrists about famous criminals. Once upon a time, they were minding their own business, and then someone pressed their button, and everything changed. Jonar Nader once said, ‘Never cross nice people, because amongst them are the most dangerous!’

Find someone who has read ‘1984’ and ask them what George Orwell was writing about. Most people talk about the concept of ‘Big Brother’. They remember the cameras in the street. What many forget is the idea that one central system can erase all the news, so that citizens can be deprived of hearing or reading anything that they ought not know about. Similar attempts were made by the Chinese communist government when it tried to suppress news associated with the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989.

This blog site was shut down by WordPress when Cristian Mihai or Alan Chiriac complained to WordPress. We then had to contact WordPress and protest. We furnished our side of the story and sanity prevailed.

Just in case this type of thing happens again, or in case these two con men try to convince Google to stop posting the meta tags, we have set up a new home.

If con-men want to play dirty, they should also consider that victims are usually more resourceful than the criminals: and more determined too!

As well as helpers, volunteers, fans, benefactors, supporters, translators, writers, researchers, editors, informants, ex-employees, victims, angry clients, financiers and sponsors. Not to mention widgets and plug-ins to help escalate this fight until Mihai and Chiriac end up in court, or pay their victims. What could be simpler than that?

What about a criminal? Suppose that someone wants to commit a major crime. What is one of the first things that a smart criminal thinks about? He would want to speak with expert lawyers and judges about which countries do not have extradition treaties with this country: meaning that if the criminal were to run and hide, which country would be the best one in which to hide, without fear of being forced back to his own country? There are many countries where you can go and stay, and be safe in the knowledge that a letter from one prime minister to the other, will not result in the criminal being captured and sent back upon request.

In the good old days, the same question was relevant in relation to money. No doubt you heard the expression ‘Swiss bank account’ being used to explain that someone has their money hidden at a Swiss bank, which means that due to the strong privacy laws in that country, you could hide heaps of money, and no court order could force them to disclose the owners of the accounts.

These are called safe havens.

And now we come to Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac. How do they protect themselves? How can they lead a group of companies, take money from clients, never do the work, and never pay it back? These are important questions that they and many crooks like them think about all the time. So much so that they have become experts at hiding. They lead their operation from the back. At the front line, they put other people who might or might not know what they are doing there. Some think that it is flattering to be promoted to a senior position. They do not realise that their name is being dragged through the mud. Their good nature is easily abused because they are not suspicious at first. Only years later they kick themselves and think, ‘I should never have been so stupid as to sign that piece of paper or put name to that project.’

By their good nature, people like to help, so when asked if they can help with certain documents or names or addresses, they oblige, not realising that they become a small player in the web of deceit.

Perhaps the first company that Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai formed was Arond Net. Perhaps at first they just needed genuine help, and later they realised how convenient it would be to use other names and operate a range of bank accounts and addresses.

Here we see an example of this convenience that creates a headache of authorities or unsuspecting clients.

This company was formed many years ago. It was registered as follows:

Since then, they have had many company names. So why hang on to this one? Because it is useful when trying to trick other people and new clients, and also to move money around and keep it away from the authorities. So, in November 2008, they were still using this company! Signing contracts and taking money. But please note the following confusing trail. In the same contract, these three images show the great variances in details, and in the end, when the client paid via PayPal, the money deposit went to one place and the balance to another, all ending up in the same pockets.

Keep a close watch on the DETAILS here. Note the address above and below, and then within the same contract, note the other conflicting details.

Then a change of address within the same contract.

Then we have the issue of the money trail. Who is the mysterious Letitia Florea? She receives the money, and it seems that she is the mystery woman.

Sometimes this is spelt with a T and then a Z. Also convenient.

We have more, but you get the picture. These are screen captures automatically generated by PayPal. So it seems that they keep changing the names and now the account names.

All we have to do now is locate the mysterious Ms Florea and the possibly female Marius, and so the saga continues.

Next time a friend of yours asks you to sign a piece of paper, or to use your address etc, watch out. A thug I know who has over 12 high powered weapons said to me, my friends can have anything they like, but they can never borrow my wife or my guns. He knows what can happen. Don’t let anyone borrow your identity. You will get caught, while your leaders are far far behind, pleading ignorance and amazement.

In this way, if you stuff it up, you can’t just go and con other people as if nothing had happened. If you want to distroy your health, you can’t go and pretend it never happened. And so it must be in business. If you are a dirty rotten scoundrel like Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai, you should not be allowed to go and operate a new company or use a new name.

These two men from Twenty seem to pop new names like you and I use Kleenex tissues. Up comes a new one like they are some disposable item of stationery. They opened Adevox and conned people and stole money and destroyed opportunities and sacked staff and lied and cheated, and then they closed it. Come and go: end of story. Good bye. Too bad you were conned. You can’t do anything about it, and if you want to complain and tell the world about Adevox, no one cares because Adevox is dead.

And so these two con men will whip up a new name and up comes a new domain name. The latest is called www.MANDO.ro.

The phone number listed on the Mando site is the phone number that they used to give out to some of their Adevox clients, being +4031 805 57 12.

There are two alarms ringing here. The first is the idea that Mando is a Google Advertising Professional. Codswallop! Rubbish. The joke around town is that Alin Chiriac has this certification, but if you take him in a room on his own and ask him to sit a most basic exam, he can just about write his name on the piece of paper and that’s all. He knows nothing about Google Advertising. He obtained the certification by using other people to process it for him. We shall be notifying Google of this soon. We just have so much to do in relation to other matters with these two funny men.

We say ‘funny’ because the tag-line for Mando is Trusted Results. Wait until I call an ambulance for some oxygen. We are out of breath from laughter. Trusted Results? These are two words that just cannot exist in any sentence that has the words Mihai and Chiriac in them.

They cannot be trusted and they don’t know the meaning of the word ‘results’. Give us a break!

More on this saga very soon. We hope that you will send this to all your friends and associates so that these two men will not have an opportunity to rip-off more people. We would be stupid and foolish if we did not let the world know about these shonky operators. They do not know how to run a business. They should not be permitted to rob anyone else.

Since posting the entry about Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai having an American company in order to confuse the authorities about the disgraced Twenty Interactive, we have received several emails from complete strangers. Hats off to Google. How does it work? A simple blog like this, and despite the trillions of bits of information out there, somehow, the right information reaches the eyes of certain people, who know people. But how can two low-life no-bodies from Romania (who run a tin-pot agency) be so famous? That really is a great topic for anyone looking for ideas for a PhD thesis.

It scares me to think that this little blog is being read, this very second, by hundreds of people all around the world. Wouldn’t it be great if this very second, anyone whose eyes are glancing over THIS very word, could have their photo flash up on the left of the page, and more than this, we would use some great software to connect the dots between these people in the photo (what do they have in common?). How do they know Mihai and Chiriac? Or do they know their friends, or clients, or family? Were they once enemies or friends? Did they dine together, or argue with each other?

If you could see the types of emails we receive at this blog control centre, you would know why I am speechless. Three days ago we mentioned the American connection. And now, just by magic, faster than if we had hired a team of private investigators, and faster than if we had bribed anyone for information, we have, landed on our desk, from the other side of the world, from someone who wishes to remain anonymous, information about the company that Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai had registered in the USA.

Could it be true that between me and you and Mihai/Chiriac are only six people? Could it be true that within this world of over 6 billion people, we all know each other via six steps. I know him, he knows her, she knows them, they know you, and you know the con men at Twenty, via an Indian gentleman…

Our Indian friend knew someone in Delaware. It was all just a rumour on good authority. They knew the general outline, but they did not know the absolute facts. Within three days, a stranger writes to tell us that the new company is as follows (see below), and we checked it out with the US authorities, and bingo.

Oh by the way, I had no idea that in the USA, information is so readily available. Anyone can subscribe to all sorts of databases and search engines and find out everything about their neighbour. They can search a person’s criminal history etc. Amazing. In many countries this kind of thing is either impossible or illegal. But in the USA, nothing is private. Hence, within a few hours and $56 using a credit card, we were able to check the government files to confirm this new information about these two men who steal money and then try to cover their tracks. They will have to do better and try harder. $56 is way too easy to uncover their tracks.

The new company is called SCREENTEK GROUP LTD. Now I ask you: they have so many companies in Romania, like Twenty Advertising and Twenty Interactive and Adevox and OverBridge etc, that we now wonder why on earth they not only need a company in the USA, but they need one that has the word GROUP in it. Isn’t that a laugh! They will have a Group of companies! Wow.

So Screentek Group Ltd is registered at 113 Barksdale Professional Center at Newark in Newcastle at Delaware 19711.

They had prepared this almost 12 months ago, on the 16th of September 2008. Talk about vision and forethought. They had plotted all this twelve months ago. That’s what I call pre-meditated crime. Good stuff in court!

Hey Messrs Mihai and Chiriac: when we said the world was becoming global, we did not mean for you crooks to have an office in every corner while you sit at Sector 5 and Sector 3 and count your takings.

Pay your employees and pay your victims. Refunds all round please. Best do it now before more people contact more people who know more people who read blogs. The English language is a strange one. The word ‘famous’ and the word ‘infamous’ are similar. They carry the same weight. You are going through a tunnel at the moment. Why don’t you quit while you are humbly famous. You do not want to emerge at the our end as ‘infamous’. If it gets to that, you can kiss your Country Club membership good-bye. Not enough room to swing a cat inside the place you will be taken, in handcuffs. According to people who should know, the 31 prisons in Romania have room for 29,400 inmates. But unfortunately, they house over 41,000 inmates. Hardly enough room for an internet connection.

I once knew a husband and wife who started by loving each other. Then one day the husband started carrying a second mobile phone.

I wondered why anyone would need two phones and two phone numbers? Of course there could be many reasons. My first suspicion was later proved to be the correct one: he was cheating on his wife. He wanted a new account with a new address so that any saucy text messages he sent and received to his girlfriend, and any statements and accounts, were hidden from his wife.

He had told his wife that he needed the second phone for work. I suspected that he had something to hide. And I was right.

And so it is with any company director who needs so many company names. You have to stop and wonder why Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac were never satisfied with one company name. Why did they need to have Twenty and Twenty Agency and Twenty Interactive and Twenty Advertising and Twenty Media and Adevox and Overbridge and Helpero and others. Twenty is such an interesting name. Perhaps they were planning on 20 companies. Or did they start off with a company called One, and then Two and now they are up to Twenty?

I have no doubt that very good explanations can be given as to why they need to own so many entities, such as new divisions to handle new clients in new markets with new services around new technologies… But they are small-time business men, not exactly the size of the Donald Trump empire.

They are too small to need so many companies and brands and names and divisions. But to understand this, you have to consider the nature of Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac. When you start with that in mind, you will see that they open and close companies not for commercial reasons, but for criminal ones. They use different people’s names and addresses to shield them from investigators and regulators.

Romania is a big place, and the world is even bigger. But the web, with billions of hits and sites, is indeed, the smallest place of all. Globalization on a grand scale just gets smaller. The larger the global connection, the smaller the neighborhood. We say this because it seems that the Romanian authorities, who are pursuing these two con-artists and cyber-thieves for over US$300,000, are way too busy, but they are trying their best to bring them to justice. Sadly, the legal system is a slow one. The legal framework tries to be fair (when it is not corrupt). And so, a good legal system will do everything well, diligently, accurately, slowly, and fairly. It operates on proof. It needs a paper trail. It needs iron-clad and bullet-proof evidence. And for this reason, it wants to be sure that it does not put heads on the chopping block unless those heads are, without a shadow of a doubt, guilty.

Crooks and con-artists and corporate criminals and unethical scammers are clever. They know this about the judicial system, so they obfuscate it, they confuse it, they trick it, they blur it, and they obstruct it.

A lawyer or police officer or court clerk are way too busy to monitor everything. And for this reason, crooks get away with it. Funny that Bernard Madoff who took US$60 billion by fraud and deception was indeed investigated over a 16-year period, and they could not find anything on him. But 16 years ago, we did not have the internet in full swing.

Now, with a simple blog like this, we bring the world together and everyone is willing to help, because everyone hates criminals and liars and cheats who do not stop to correct their ways.

This is a long introduction to something that is quite dramatic.

THE INDIANS ARE COMING

Don’t ask me how or why, because it is too spectacular for words, but, someone from India knows someone from Romania who knows someone from the UK who knows someone in the USA who knows someone from Romania who knows someone from India who knows someone from Delaware, who spoke to a little bird in India who sent us some information that is absolutely stunning. Stuff that movie plots are made of.

We can’t tell you everything yet, because we do not want to spoil the investigations for the authorities, but Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac now deserve some gold star. They are showing their genius; unless someone else has advised them to do this, but the Indian connection has told us, in a lovely Indian accent, that these two men are planning to set up a company in the USA. No, not to go there and become great hotshots of the advertising or media world, but to obfuscate, obstruct, confuse, stifle, and trick the Romanian government. By setting up an American company, they can use that US company to buy Twenty Interactive – one of the companies that owes a lot of money to the Romanian government etc.

This is hard to follow. We need Columbo or Kojak or Inspector Morse or Frost or 007 or someone to simplify it, but it all boils down to a stroke of genius. If the American company buys the troubled Twenty Interactive, then now, technically, an American company owes the debts. So if the Romanian government wants to chase after the US$300,ooo plus interest, it will have to deal with the Yanks. And so, while Alin and Cristi are just down the road from the court house, they can refuse to speak with the authorities. I can just imagine how the movie script will go:

POLICE: My name is Inspector Robo from the Romanian Police, I need to speak with you two men.

MIHAI: Us two? What about?

POLICE: The debts you owe and the irregularities and the fraud and the lies…

CHIRIAC: No officer, you have it all wrong. We have nothing to do with it. You need to speak with the new company owners. We were taken-over by the American mob. We suffered a hostile corporate take-over. We are the victims in all of this.

POLICE: But you are the directors of Twenty Interactive!

MIHAI: No, we were. But not any longer. You need to speak with the Americans.

POLICE: You want me to go all the way to America?

CHIRIAC: Yep, all the way to Delaware.

POLICE: Why?

MIHAI: Because that’s where the new owners are.

POLICE: And who are the directors of this new American company that has bought you out?

CHIRIAC: Um, let’s see, oh I did know their name. It is on the tip of my tongue… do you know Cristi?

MIHAI: Ah, um, some duo called… oh yes, I remember now. Their names are Mr Chiriac and Mr Mihai.

POLICE: That’s funny, isn’t that your names?

MIHAI: Oh, so it is.

POLICE: So you two own this new company!

CHIRIAC: Must be, I guess, I think so, um I suppose so.

POLICE: Ok then, so I need to speak with you about the debts you owe us.

CHIRIAC: Sorry, you can’t speak with us.

POLICE: But you are the directors.

MIHAI: Who told you that?

POLICE: You just did.

CHIRIAC: Oh; well; yes, but we are the directors of Twenty Mark.

POLICE: No, you just said you are the directors of the new owning company.

MIHAI: Not at this moment.

POLICE: At which moment?

CHIRIAC: You obviously do not understand international corporate law. You see, at this moment, we are the Twenty Mark directors.

POLICE: Do you own this American company?

CHIRIAC: Yes, but…

POLICE: Hey, stop talking. You are the owners and so I want to speak with you…

MIHAI: No no, you really do not know your legal jurisdictions. What do they teach you at the police academy? Listen officer, if you want to speak to the owners of the new company, you have to go to the USA.

POLICE: But you are standing right here, right now.

CHIRIAC: No, while ever we are here, you cannot question us. We are Romanian, not American. You want the American Mihai and Chiriac.

POLICE: So I have to go to Delaware to speak with you.

MIHAI: Yep, but you won’t have much luck.

POLICE: Why’s that?

CHIRIAC: Because we aren’t there, obviously. Are you blind or something!

POLICE: I give up.

MIHAI: [muttering to his partner: This is easier than I thought...]

CHIRIAC: [whispering back: Pretty soon we'll have so many companies, all around the world, we'll be eligible for export grants...]

[Scene fades to sounds of sinister laughter.]

Here’s another one to add to the list. This was an old company. But hey, old or new, it is still a useful instruments. This is one of the companies they used when conning people via Elance.com etc.

Why do two men, with a very small business, need so many company names? Need I say more? Just read these blogs and you will see that it is handy to have so many business entities… all the better to con you with.

We have more to tell you. And we will keep on telling you until these two thieves pay what they own to their clients and their staff. If they find this annoying and aggravating, perhaps they can know what it feels like to be annoyed and aggravated for a change. All they have to do is pay what they owe. Simple. Life is bloody simple!

Last week, Cristian Mihai and Alain Chriac tried to cover one lie with another lie. That must be a master-stroke. What can a liar do? When asked to tell the truth, he will lie, and say: Trust me, this time I am telling the truth!

So here we go…

Some clients contacted Twenty Media (or whatever their name is this week) and asked about the rumours. They asked if it is true that Twenty and Adevox and Helpero and Overbridge and Twenty Advertising… is taking money and not delivering. So what did Mihai and Chirac do? They sent a letter.

Here it is. We will soon translate it into English and update this post.

However, how can this letter say that they are not in liquidation/bankruptcy when we just received an email from a former client that shows that Mihai had written to the client within hours of this letter going out, wherein Mihai says:

‘…twenty as owner of adevox is filed for bankruptcy by the romanian authorities this means that we no longer have control of the company.’

This was stated on 27 August 2009.

And in case you are doubtful, here is the 100% photographic evidence from the email. This image shows the exact quote form Cristian Mihai, along with the client’s letter of demand after six months of frustrations and endless lies and incompetence.

The client Mary, then asked for the name of the administrators etc, and Mihai did not respond. Does he not know his duty as a company director? Tut tut!

By the way, Mary was kind enough to allow us to show her original letter to Cristian Mihai. Here it is in two pages:

And if they wish to deny it, we can send these headers to a forensic expert who will tell a judge that these are the headers/source.

So you see, another bloody lie! Lie baby lie. Hurt people. Steal. Run. Lie. There is a brick wall somewhere, and these two men are moving at high speed. A collision is certain.

By the way, will they send out another letter outlining what the authorities are demanding from them? Or shall we post the letters here to save them the trouble? They are being pursued by the authorities. Ask them to deny that, and ask them to put their rubber stamp on that letter.

Give it six months and these two men will not only change their company name for the millionth time, but they might well change their personal names. How about Tom and Jerry!

More clients and staff and freelancers are writing to us. So we have lots more. Stay tuned. Can’t wait to share more with you. And the reason that we are sharing it, is so that you do not fall victim.

If the work is over 45 days old, PayPal cannot help you. But PayPal, with whom we spoke today said that it is in the community’s interest for us all to lodge a complaint. This will flag the unethical nature of Alin Chiriac’s and Cristian Mihai’s activities.

These men are using PayPal as a way of receiving money. But every time, they change their name and identity. If people do not complain, PayPal cannot keep a good track of who they are, and cannot stop them as quickly.

So please, do go to your PayPal account, if you have paid that way and have not received a refund, and lodge a complaint. Even if you are outside the 45 days. You might not open a case for your own sake, but you will be mounting evidence to help others down the track.

For example, Twenty hid behind Adevox and then used the name Adevoxpayme and then they used Letitia and then Letizia07 and then Helpero. So you see, they keep changing the name so that they can use this payment facility. They need to be stopped. Unless we all speak up, they will continue to hurt people.

Indeed, the previous blogs were emotional. They were a reaction to the underhanded and unethical behavior by Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai. The blogs were trying to save other people from becoming victims, because it really hurts when we are conned.

It is humiliating and shameful. Often, executives feel embarrassed that it could happen to them. That is how Bernard Madoff http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff became so bad. He kept lying to people and finally took Billions of dollars from them. Most of them did not dare speak up, because they did not want their name to become mud. How can rich, successful, intelligent people be conned by Mr Madoff? So they said nothing. And by saying nothing, he kept doing what he did, because no one wanted to be the first to speak up.

I think I am the first to speak up about Alin and Cristian, and as such, my blog might sound like one voice of an angry customer. And we all know how troublesome one angry customer can be. We can all empathise with a business that has to tolerate an angry customer. And so, in due course, Alin and Cristian will tell you that this blog is by some crazy person who is acting like a child. And in due course, their slick sales tactics will lull you into a false sense of security as you begin to feel sorry for them that someone like me is giving them this type of distraction.

So the time has come now to move away from the emotion and start to state the facts. As a global citizen, I am doing my duty to help others so that they are not conned and hurt. If you do not care about this blog, then by all means, go and do whatever you like. Do not fight with me. Some people seem to be angry at me. Why do such people feel that they can judge me and my story when they do not know the facts? I am blogging here so that we can all learn to speak-up when con-artists strike. Otherwise we become part of the problem.

Sure, I have not fully exposed my name. Partly because I am speaking for a range of people who have joined this fight. This blog is not about me or my ego or my bruises or my losses. It is about two men who are unethical and downright thieves. They cheat people and they lie to the government and they wake up every morning with a new lie. The only way that they are going to stop, is by being stopped. I have no hope whatsoever that they will go out to lunch and discuss their options in terms of being good corporate citizens. I have no doubt that they will keep defrauding people and cleverly escaping via legal loopholes, until they hit a brick wall. I have seen good men go down hill like this. Their life just gets worse. Instead of thinking about justice and honour, they start thinking about ways to cover-up their mess. In the process, they will create more mess, by bribing people, lying some more, and becoming entangled in such a web of deceit that they either baffle the authorities to such a degree that they get away with it, or they are arrested. At this point, they will say ‘sorry’, but that means that they were sorry that they were caught, and not at all sorry for their bad illegal behavior.

If they are telling you that I am just one upset customer, then they are wrong. This blog represents a range of people whose businesses have been badly impacted. It is bad enough that we have all had to suffer a bad economic year, without being cheated along the way. We all are trying hard to save money, and now by the actions of these two men, we have lost money, lost time, lost opportunity, lost face, lost faith, lost confidence, and lost hope in the human spirit. We are not complaining that we ordered a meal at a restaurant that was cold. Or that we do not like the colour of the web site that someone designed. We are saying something completely different: Someone set up Adevox and bid on our job. They took the money, lied, and then one day, they shut down Adevox. No trace if it. No emails would work. No one would respond. They just vanished. What is this called? It’s like ordering your new car at a car yard, paying for it, and being told that it will be delivered next week. And when you go to pick it up, the whole building is empty. The phones do not work. The emails do not work. The website is taken down. Vanished. Is this a Hollywood Mafia style of set up or what? That is what this blog is about. We are not arguing about errors or bad craftsmanship. These are of course issues, but not worth arguing about now. How can we argue about a car being the wrong colour, when there is no car to speak of.

You see, we have been conned and we feel bad about it because we were stupid. We paid up front. Why did we do this? We paid because we wanted Twenty and Adevox to prosper. We felt that they were a small business, just like us, and that we were extending our hand of friendship to them. We needed them to help us with our websites and our projects, and we were nice and decent and honest and honourable to give them the money up front, knowing that it was a risk, but we treated them with respect and with a sense of honour, to cheer them along in the hope that they can prosper. We treated them like we desire to be treated.

We were stupid to pay up-front for a job that was not yet ready. We could have gone on Elance.com or RentaCoder.com or Guru or a range of other places, and hired any one of 40,000 programmers and coders and designers who would have been glad to work at minimal wage and under our strict risk-free terms. One of our group is from Australia. He paid nearly US$4000 for a site that was never finished, was filled with errors, that does not work, that has not yet been useful, that has halted his business, that has caused many real problems in terms of credibility with his affiliates (long and hard story). US$4000 is a lot of money to throw away, and to drag a deadline over seven months and then end up with nothing. Zip. Zero. The site is useless and is not used. And to this day, they have not given the client his passwords. His paypal account is mathematically wrong. Dozens of pages are not yet up. Hundreds of files are not up. The database is not working etc. It is rubbish, with a glossy front that just looks nice because it has some nice photos.

Here is another example of the scam. The brief asked for a blog. Any child at the age of ten can go to WordPress or Blogger and create a blog in ten second. But the brief was for a professional blog on his own site that does not rely on a third party, and for very good reasons. He paid good money, knowing that US$4000 in Romania is a lot of money, and what did he get? A WordPress page! Is that an insult or what? The media players are free Yahoo players that are problematic. The list of issues extends to 50 pages (which were submitted to his lawyer etc), and I am not going to outline them here, but certainly, one day soon, I will ask all the victims to upload their story. But for now, they want some privacy until they fix their issues.

One victim is a games company involved with Wrestling. Cristian and Alin told their team to bid on the job, knowing 100% that they could not deliver on that brief. They did not care about any brief. They instructed their staff to bid on any job, no matter what. Alin was building his new house and he needed the cash, so he said that any client will do. Just go and do whatever it takes to win business. This was easy cash! What a great way to make money. Go now on Elance and bid on every job. Any job. All jobs. Ask for a deposit and just disappear. Wow. Good money.

They have a history of bankruptcy. See the attached image from the Romanian Government site that lists the bankruptcy of three of their companies. These show over US$300,000 owing!

Yet they are still operating because they know how to cheat the system. But the system will catch up with them because we have engaged lawyers who know how to handle these matters legally.

These two men also owe many thousands of Euros to their staff. So they cheat clients, and they cheat their staff. What kind of human would you have to be to abuse people like this? Poor staff work for a simple salary just to live a simple life, pay the rent, buy some food, and keep their dignity. And they were used as slaves to go get involved in a scam that hurt people, while they were hurting themselves. They could not just walk out. They could see that things were not right, but they lived in hope, thinking that maybe they will not be cheated. They had no choice. Where could they go? So they stayed as long as they could until they hit a brick wall. It seems that people do not take action until they hit a brick wall.

Every day we see stories like this in the news, like the girl who won millions of dollars and after a few years, had lost every cent. She could not stop until she was stopped by a nil balance in the bank. Or the man who abuses his daughter or a stranger and uses them as sex slaves for ten or twenty years until they are caught. If they are not caught, they never stop. Like the executive who starts sealing from the company to support a gambling habit, and never knows when to stop until the police take him away.

And so with every transaction, it seems that Alin and Cristian will take great intellectual delight in scheming up intellectually dishonest ways to make money or steal money. Of course they could use their clever brains to think of ethical and honest ways, but that is not how they are wired. Their brain is programmed to think of evil ways. So if they are transacting with PayPal, they will dream of ways to cheat the system or the tax or the client or their family and each other. Crooks like these two, seem like a strong pair. For now they are great mates. They have common enemies. But wait a little while longer and they will turn on each other because they would have lied to each other. A liar is a liar. How can you go into partnership with a person, and agree that your main mission as a pair, is to find ways to cheat and steal, and expect that you can trust each other. They will soon destroy each other. Just wait and see. That is the way of the world. That is the formula in life.

Anyway, from now on, we will show you facts and figures. We will tell you what they did and how they did it.

At this stage, there are some things we cannot share with you, due to legal reasons. And the several people who are behind this blog will one day reveal themselves. They have nothing to hide. They just feel bad enough that they were conned and that they have lost time, money, and opportunity.

We need to fight this on several fronts. The strong must fight to help the weak. The courageous must join this fight to help the fearful. The victim must speak up to spare others from falling in the same trap. And the nationalistic Romanian must help to rid this country of such people who destroy Romania’s reputation and drive people away from the global marketplace. People talk, and you do not want them to say bad things about Romanian business people. But it only takes a few people to tarnish the reputation of the majority. Osama Bin Ladin caused normal people to start spitting on Muslims in the street. Many people have an opinion about corruption in Russia and Asia. Can a country afford such bad publicity and such bad behavior?

Even if you are not affected, is it not your duty to join the fight? Or do you only join fights that touch you directly? If that is the case, you become an ungrateful person. Because many before you have died to help make your world safer or better or cleaner. Let’s all do our little bit.

But just sitting back and leaving it to a few people to spend so much of their time blogging, and so much of their money fighting this battle against these two men, is not how a society is supposed to work.

We could just close this blog and go and do our work. We have learned our lesson. These two thieves cannot con us again. So we are in the clear. We have made it through the fire. We can move on and leave you all behind. But we are doing this because it is the right thing to do. Alin and Cristian are doing what suits them. We are doing what suits others. It does not suit us personally to waste so much energy on this. Any money we obtain via a legal battle will be useless because we would have spent so much on legal and administrative fees, not to mention the time and energy. But it is our duty.

Here is the amazing thing: a man can kill seven people, eat most of them, and place the rest in his freezer and the bones in his back yard, yet his neighbor or even his wife, will say that they had no idea.

If you are cordial friends with Alin and Cristain, you are like that neighbor. Can you believe this? They know that the only way to con people, which is what they have done, is to gain their trust. Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai know that they need your trust before they can defraud you and take your money and never pay back and never do the work, and never pay staff, and then run away stealing your money.

What they have done is no different from throwing a brick in your window, climbing into your home at night, taking your wallet, and running! They are thieves. Full stop. They are cyber thieves who set up a business to win people’s trust and then take the money and run. This is CRIMINAL! And they have the bloody audacity and cheek and downright temerity and rudeness and unethical front to have the time to ruin businesses, distress clients, sack staff, have affairs, and go to the government and declare bankruptcy, and they still have the bloody time to Twitter a statement about trust! Well you see, the reason they have time is that they are trying to say, ‘Hey dear friends, come on, you can trust us.’  It is like bad leaders who always surround themselves with posters about leadership. These people are 1000% Platinum Grade, Diamond Level con artists. And they con people. And they talk about trust.

Never trust anyone who tells you to trust them like this, especially when they are right in the middle of the poo! They are in the epicentre of their scam! They are supposed to be filing for bankruptcy and they still have an active corporate site? More scams more lies more cheating more of everything. And they wonder why people are blogging about them. They tried to have this blog stopped, but no luck. Truth will out!

But the reason they have time is that they are demented and in need of psychotherapy. They are putting that Twit there not for you, but for us victims. That is their snub. That is their way of laughing at us because they know that we are monitoring their every move, and this is their way of communicating with us in a sinister way to make us mad. Thank you Alin and Crisi. We hear you. You delight us. We are more mad than ever, and this is great fuel to expose you and your affairs and your cheating and your infidelity and your adultery and your financial irregularities and your tax cheating and your staff abuse…

You have succeeded. We are angry. But thank you! Because by your stupidity and immaturity, you have made us all even stronger. We have been doing more by working harder to expose you for what you are. And you know what you are. No word would be good enough to write down here. And any word close enough to describe the low-life snakes that you are, would be too rude to be allowed to be publish on the net. You brainless twits!

So sad to see two men make so many mistakes, and yet here is another. They think that bankruptcy will clear the decks. Their career has ended. Now they have to run around hiding everything. They took money (many thousands of dollars) and then, one day, they shut down the division without telling anyone, hoping to take the money and run.

Sadly, their disgruntled sacked staff (many of whom were never paid and are still owed thousands of euros) along with angry clients, applied pressure to expose this scandalous fraudulent conduct by Mihai and Chiriac.

Faced with the prospect of having to pay up, they went into what they think is the clever underhanded thing to do, and file for bankruptcy, as if this protects them in some way. Crooks and thieves will remain crooks for the rest of their lives. Rather than face up to the responsibilities and pay back the money they stole, they decided to file for bankruptcy. This is a typical next-step for unethical fruadulent operators who have no shame.

Now we are being told that certain staff learned about a certain boss who had a certain affair and cheated on his wife and so he sacked the staff. I cannot believe this story. Clever thieves and con artists are more calculating than this. Who was it who said that you should keep your friends close, and your enemies closer?

Why would a boss sack his staff who have the dirt on him about his wife and his mistress? I would have thought that he would have taken the staff to lunch, promoted them, given them more money and kept them happy baby! Is that not the way they do it on television? That, and the old poison and gun and fatal accident.

Oh well, make of it what you will, but it would be so Hollywood if it were true that there was a woman involved. Anyway, you ain’t heard nothing yet. More to come. Just clearing it with the legal boys first. Hang on to your hat.

For example, they already have HELPERO SOFT SRL as a new company. Goodness knows what they are doing with that. The rumour has it that one of their former Adevox staff members, Mr Catalin Vladescu is now working on this new project. Fancy that! Catalin was the online manager at Adevox. They took money from innocent clients, and just ran away and shut down the Adevox division like thieves tip-toe out at night, hoping no one would notice. How brainless can anyone be to think that they can wipe their trails from the net, steal the money, hurt people sack staff, not pay staff, not refund the money, and damage people’s business, and the BLOODY WELL THINK THEY CAN JUST HIDE? The stupid stupid bloody thieves. Well Mr Catalin Vladescu, if in fact you are now part of this new group, think about what your mother would advise you. You have just got blood on your hands. You might have one day thought that you were a nice young man. Well you have just joined the ranks of the con artists the thieves the idiots and Mihai and Chiriac have contaminated you. You are now a marked and damaged soul. Get out t his very second and tell these men where to go. They will go to hell. And if you are part of that group, and stay there beyond the next three seconds, then you can mark this day in your diary as the day you became a city low life con man. you cannot mix with thieves and pretend that you have nothing to do with it. They might have silenced you because you are scared or you need the money or they have something on you to black mail you etc. Just think about this, if they have something on you, then other people know too. And if other people know, we will soon know, and it will soon come out, so you are better off coming clean and be humiliated now, than be caught and be imprisoned later.

Soon Mihai will starting using George Mihai, and soon they will get really clever and enter the big league when Mihai and Chiriac will start using their middle names and will change their names in subtle little ways so that within 12 months, they could well have a fancy new name like Crisi and Allan and such like. That’s how to do it. Just keep changing your name. But we will find you!

Oh you can change your address too. Cyberspace is good for this. You can get a USA phone number and have a new website with a new fictitious address or an old friend’s address in the USA or Israel and just pretend you are not the two con men from Romania. No doubt the thought has crossed your mind.

Or you can hire 200 Indians from Elance (if you think you dare show your face in Elance – they have been informed about how you have cheated them, and the tax department – oh the list gets longer…) to get new lovely blogs happening to drown out these blogs. Just you try it and see how we can get 20,000 Indians. We have the budget. No amount of money will stop us until you pay every cent to every client, supplier, and staff member. This is a day you will regret. Fix it now or go down a long track that will exhaust you, and find you behind bars. One string comes undone, and many things fall out. It is called a can of worms. You have a lot to hide, but the looks of it. Our informants are coming to us from every angle. You have some angry people out there. You are out numbered.

P.S. We know that this company is an old one. But we are told that Catalin is now working there. Information could be wrong. No doubt people will correct us shortly and give us the very latest. Each and every person will soon know what kind of twit they are dealing with. An unethical business operator who has no problems in leading www.twenty.ro and starting a division called Adevox, taking money from clients and then shutting down Adevox and stealing the money, and pretending that the business is over, while still trading as Twenty. Well, it will not be for much longer. The day will come for every dog to leave town.

How very strange that he, the man from Twenty.ro the interactive agency with no morals and no ethics, should have thought about the value of enemies. It is a wonder that he and his mate Alin Chiriac of Twenty of Romania should steal money from clients and have the audacity to carry on a business under the name of Twenty, just after they had taken money while operating under the name Adevox. Enemies indeed. I wonder if they also know the expression, never play with fire!

So here is the question: should any of the staff from that division have informed the clients? You see, there are laws against insider trading. We do not want staff to act on privileged information for their own gain. But what if they find out that there is something going on within the company that could harm them. Can a staff member break ranks and blow the whistle on unethical conduct. Twenty agency was most unethical and thieving. They knew that customers had paid for a service. Yet they did not communicate with the clients. They just shot down the division, as if the world can forget that it ever existed. That kind of behaviour is abhorrent and disgraceful. Should staff members merely sit back and watch their bosses rip people off and basically take money and not deliver a service.

There are laws in some countries that say that if a staff member commits a crime via their company, then the staff member, not the company, is responsible. If a staff member orders 200 chairs and makes promises that are outside the company guidelines, then the staff member has to pay for that mistake. So if a staff member is responsible for when they make a mistake, why are they not responsible when they see a mistake in progress, and say nothing about it.

Is it not their duty to be a good corporate citizen. If you see a crime in the street, and you say nothing, you can become an accessory. So if you see a crime taking place, like the Twenty management team deciding to shut down a division by taking the money and running, is there no duty of care?

This makes of an interesting debate. In the end, Twenty.ro is an interactive agency that is operating, and it does not deserve to be in business, because it has proved what it can do: rip people off. So it is like a drunken driver who drives while intoxicated. getting out of one vehicle and driving another, does not change the fact that he is intoxicated.

If Alin Chiriac and Cristian Mihai have shown their true colours, why should they be allowed to be in business?

Good accountants, like good thieves, can tell you how to do something wrong, and get away with it. But good accountant, like good business executives, must learn about ethics. I do not know why companies form sub-divisions. Why did Twenty, the agency from Romania, set up Adevox? Did Alin Chiriac and his team think that a separate division can focus more? That’s what they all say. Perhaps companies set up new divisions so that they can later kill the division and wash their hands from the mess. In this case, Adevox set up to make money for Twenty. When Twenty no longer wanted Adevox, they closed it down, but it still owed customers money. It did not finish its work. Customers were left hanging. No one communicated with the poor clients. Worse still, they did communicate: they lied. They said that everything is on track and that the work will be done. Then overnight, like a magic trick, all traces of Adevox was gone. And Alin Chiriac and his management team put their fingers in their ears and hoped that no one would call. That is theft. That is unethical. When Adevox was formed, Twenty boasted about it. This is what they wrote in their news section:

“Adevox is the external customers division of Twenty, a Romanian graphic and web design agency that has more than 4 years experience in providing IT dedicated solutions for clients who understand that communicating over the Internet means more than having a website.”

Now they do not want to acknowledge that Adevox ever existed. Twenty took the money and ran.

But where can they run? Twenty is still operating. Pretending to be a good creative agency. If they can rip people off with the name Adevox, they can rip people off when it suits them, because when you have no ethics, you are an idiot 24 hours a day, no matter what silk you wear.

They develop websites and some other interactive services. They kept promising that they will finish my site, but they kept lying. One day, without any warning at all, the entire existence of Adevox disappeared. Absolutely nothing and no-one remained. No-one would return calls. The staff’s email accounts were cancelled and their MSN chat names evaporated.

It was like a case of the CIA joining forces with the KGB, with the help of the Chinese masterminds to erase a life of a company. These types of decisions do not happen in eight hours. They take time to plan and plot. So in all this time, the management at Twenty knew that they have clients who had paid hard earned money, and that management team, that now runs Twenty.ro is happily sending Twitter messages saying that they are expanding across Europe. How can anyone be so unprofessional and unethical?

This is cyber-mafia, except that the Mafia has a code of conduct. They have standards, and they have ethics and values. Here we see cyber thieves who take people’s money. Because they are far away in Romania, they think that no one will notice. What is amazing is that this Twenty.ro crowd is supposedly an interactive agency. Their managers go by the names of Cristian Mihai and Alin Chiriac. Their staff at Adevox were Andrei Nissor and Catalin Vladescu. One is told that they no longer work there. Who knows?

How can an interactive agency not realise that the cyber online world demands some ethics? What standards are they setting about international trade when they can just take money and run like the old highway robbers. I guess you can say that it is my fault for paying first. Yes, there is a lesson in that. But when people do business, I do not know why it should be that the supplier has to wait for the client to pay. How many times has it happen the other way where people place an order and never pay. So I treated Twenty.ro the same way I wish to be treated. And they showed their true colours. They ignored many of my emails. Eventually when I write to ask for the name of their CEO, Alin Chiriac replied, but in his email he did not even say hello. He did not say anything. Not a single word. He just pressed reply, and at the bottom was his name and phone number. Not a single polite word or professional introduction. Wow, how rude do you have to be to press a reply button. They are robbers and miserable at the same time. They I wrote back asking for some answers and not reply. I phoned a few times, and eventually a Cristian Mihai wrote saying that he would speak with me. I called a few times. He was not there. I left him my phone number and he has not called. What can one expect. So I shall invest my time now letting the world know.

It is important that we citizens of cyberspace tell each other about the bad apples and the crooks. You might say that I am doing this because I am angry. No, I am doing this because it is in my nature to do my little bit for society. I pick up paper from the street. I help others where I can. And in the online world, we must expose these bullies and criminals who obviously have no shame and no ethics and no integrity, and the audacity to have a website that still tries to take money from people.

Meanwhile, I shall be pursuing legal avenues, even if it costs me ten times what I lost. Blogging is fine, but there is also the strength of the law. Perhaps they have worked it all out and registered their companies in legally neat ways so that they can escape. We shall see. Clever thieves motivate me even more.

What a sad world that humans can be so stupid and immature that they take pleasure in taking what is not theirs. Pathetic.
